Återbetalningspolicy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@violastils.lv. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund all payments received from you on your original payment method, except for additional costs that arose as a result of choosing a delivery method that is not the cheapest type of delivery offered by us (Store Pick-up - Pasta str. 49, Jekabpils). You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
1. SIA Viola-Stils reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a product, which was damaged.
2. Return of goods to be made to the address: Pasta iela 49, Jekabpils, LV-5201, Latvia.
3. If Buyer use the right of refusal, SIA Viola-Stils's obligation is to whenever possible earlier, but no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of returned goods to return you the amount paid by by the costumer.
4. Money returns according to the Latvian Consumer Law protection act of the rights of consumers, Article 12.
If the Buyer purchased several goods, and wishes to return one - process happens as well as in points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of this section mentioned above.
